Wow where do I begin ! I walked into OptiSmile looking for a second opinion on a fractured tooth that had been giving me trouble after a nasty fall I took 2 weeks prior. Tooth was in excruciating pain I could not chew or apply any kind of pressure on it. My previous dentist could not identify the fracture and suggested the tooth was bruised from almost being avulsed and needed time to heal. I... felt there was something wrong so I did a google search to see where else I could go. I came across OptiSmile and made my appointment. From the moment I walked in I was greeted with warmth and welcomed by the most beautiful environment - did not feel like a dentist at all. With state of the art equipment my dentist Dr. Louis identified the fracture in no time and concluded the tooth needed to be extracted - my worst nightmare !The period between my consultation and extraction procedure I had developed a stubborn infection but Dr. Louis and the staff were available to assist me immediately without hesitation or delay. The day of the extraction came and it was a complicated procedure because the tooth had fractured into three pieces, but I felt absolutely no pain or discomfort.
