Visiting the dentist is something no one looks forward to but Optismile goes the extra mile to make the experience as pleasant, painless and comfortable as possible. I've never been someone to keep regular appointments; however, Optismile has made it so easy—reminders, friendly staff members—the entire experience, from walking in to walking out is excellent. Now to praise a single staff member: Aaqilah is amazing. You can see she has a passion for what she does, she's always friendly, always caring, ensures you understand exactly why you are there and what she needs to do and follows up multiple times during a procedure to make sure you are comfortable and in as little pain as possible. I never review companies; however, it would be irresponsible to let an experience at Optismile go without a review. 6 stars if I could.

There is a reason this team has such a high rating. When I think of OptiSmile, the saying “the whole is greater than the sum of its parts” comes to mind. We tend to notice quickly when something goes wrong, yet when everything works well, it can be easy to overlook just how many things have come together to make that possible. Dr Harris's support throughout my Invisalign journey reflects exactly that combination of professionalism and genuine human connection. What stands out is how seamlessly the whole practice works around that relationship, from the moment you walk through the door, to the moment your journey is complete. There is an ease to the experience that could make it easy to miss just how well the machinery behind it is running. I have fluorosis, so whitening my teeth is a longer, more delicate process than usual. Dr Cara walked me through exactly the right steps and made the whole thing feel manageable. It’s also really convenient to have WhatsApp access to your doctor. I’m really happy with the results and almost all the stains from fluorosis are completely gone. The entire team was warm, knowledgeable, and professional. I'd recommend them to anyone.

My wife Portia and I have been received as new patients today, thorrow inspection including 3D X-Ray and scan, detailed personal inspection and advice by the dentist and a very well done cleaning. This was of the most amazing thing I have done for me to have the perfect teeth and on top got my snoring under control. It was most professional, friendly and caring the way it was done. Highly recommend this practice! Dr. Clifford and the entire team were incredibly friendly, informative, professional, patient, and so much more. My older sibling recommended this practice to me and said it was even better than the dental offices we visit in the U.S., as we are visitors to CPT. She was absolutely right! This has become my favorite dental practice, and with my frequent visits to CPT, it will definitely be my go to office moving forward. Dr. Clifford carefully reviewed everything that had been explained to me by my U.S. dental provider and quickly recognized that I was being recommended treatment that were not needed and that they were trying to take advantage of me. The technology at OptiSmiles is far more advanced than what I have experienced at many dental practices in the States. Communication is also excellent! You’ll receive responses quickly, and the team is always willing to help. I have complete confidence in OptiSmiles and highly recommend them to anyone looking for honest, high-quality dental care. An exceptional experience from start to finish. My journey was a year long & covered replacing old fillings on numerous teeth, Invisalign, cleaning, crowns & injection moulding for that perfect smile. Dr Clifford & Dr Harris are two gentlemen that take the utmost pride in their jobs & attention to detail is key for them. No amount of time spent with them is too long & they never rush you, they answer the same questions over & over with clarity. They make you feel comfortable & that your journey matters, you are not just another client. All the staff are so in sync & as you move from one step to the next all are ready for you. The detailed reports you receive, the reminders for appointments, their equipment & programs used along with the friendliness of all make this journey a pleasant one for a process that usually is not. I had an excellent experience at OptiSmile. My appointment with Aaqilah , the hygienist, was outstanding. She took the time to listen to my concerns and carefully explained every step of the process, which immediately put me at ease. My husband and I have both had top notch experiences with what could have been very complicated dental issues. After another dentist cracked his tooth, my husband received exceptional care from Dr Jaco, who fitted an implant that should last him a lifetime. Dr Yudelman is incredibly passionate about what he does. Seeing him is actually a treat. Dr Cara did an amazing job treating my severe teeth grinding with Botox. All the staff are knowledgeable, friendly and professional. I really cannot recommend this practice highly enough.
