I've never been someone to keep regular appointments; however, Optismile has made it so easy—reminders, friendly staff members—the entire experience, from walking in to walking out is excellent. Now to praise a single staff member: Aaqilah is amazing. You can see she has a passion for what she does, she's always friendly, always caring, ensures you understand exactly why you are there and what she needs to do and follows up multiple times during a procedure to make sure you are comfortable and in as little pain as possible. I never review companies; however, it would be irresponsible to let an experience at Optismile go without a review. 6 stars if I could.

There is a reason this team has such a high rating. When I think of OptiSmile, the saying “the whole is greater than the sum of its parts” comes to mind. We tend to notice quickly when something goes wrong, yet when everything works well, it can be easy to overlook just how many things have come together to make that possible. Dr Harris's support throughout my Invisalign journey reflects exactly that combination of professionalism and genuine human connection. What stands out is how seamlessly the whole practice works around that relationship, from the moment you walk through the door, to the moment your journey is complete. There is an ease to the experience that could make it easy to miss just how well the machinery behind it is running. Such amazing service

I have fluorosis, so whitening my teeth is a longer, more delicate process than usual. Dr Cara walked me through exactly the right steps and made the whole thing feel manageable. It’s also really convenient to have WhatsApp access to your doctor. I’m really happy with the results and almost all the stains from fluorosis are completely gone. The entire team was warm, knowledgeable, and professional. I'd recommend them to anyone.

He is very nice and careful Dentist

Needed the abutment for my implant screwed back in urgently and received first class service from the team here. Easily the finest dentist surgery I have ever utilized, from quality of service, facilities, to the friendly staff. I highly recommend their service and will come back again for addition work if in Cape Town.

Professional team!

I had both the Injection Moulded Composite Bonding and Optisleep mandibular Advancement Device done for me. This was of the most amazing thing I have done for me to have the perfect teeth and on top got my snoring under control. It was most professional, friendly and caring the way it was done. After another dentist cracked his tooth, my husband received exceptional care from Dr Jaco, who fitted an implant that should last him a lifetime. Dr Yudelman is incredibly passionate about what he does. Seeing him is actually a treat. Dr Cara did an amazing job treating my severe teeth grinding with Botox.
